How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please complete the form below to request an RMA number.

1. If a buyer is not satisfied or received the damage product, then refund will be made within 30 days.

2. Returns should be in the un-used condition with all packaging intact and original tags.

3. Money will be credited back to his/her payment source within 2-3 days after we received product in our warehouse and quality check is done.

4. For successful returns and refund , fill in the Return Form which is available in the "Returns" section under your Ledshoe.in Account. The Reverse Pick up facility is available for limited pincodes.

5. Refund of shipping charges are not applicable if there is any.

6. If you choose to self-ship your returns then you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.

7. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then proceed for the new product.
